A prospective client found that the service from their current broker had worsened over several years. They weren't happy that their annual premiums had risen substantially while their level of cover had reduced. They didn't feel that their broker was truly working with them to get the best for them.
We met with the client and talked at length about their insurance needs. In particular, we were able to uncover the underlying reason for the higher premiums, which was to do with their claims history.
We also worked with the client to identify what practical measures the client had taken to address the cause of these previous claims. We understand indemnity insurance and knew that potential insurers would be interested in the client's approach to risk management.
After a thorough analysis of the situation with the client, we approached insurers and used the evidence we'd gathered to negotiate a fantastic deal: a much cheaper annual premium for the client, which saved them a significant amount of money, for a broader level of cover.
